The controversial proposal to build the Cypress Creek Power Station, a 1,500megawatt coal-burning plant to be built on 1,200acres in Dendron, Virginia was met with a lawsuit that rendered the Commission’s 2010 approval of the company’s rezoning and conditional-use permits void.
