ITT to expand Wesminster testing facility
The high-technology engineering and manufacturing project company, ITT Corporation, will be expanding its manufacturing operations in Westminster, South California. The company will invest $1 million to construct a new testing facility for natural gas vehicle (''NGV'') components.
