SKF launches CASM 100 electromechanical actuator

SKF, whose North American headquarters are located in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, has launched the CASM 100 electromechanical actuator with a variety of different modules.

SKF releases electromechanical linear actuators

SKF are set to release their new range of electromechanical linear actuators. The CAHB-20E, CAHB-21E and CAHB-22E aim to offer more than double the rated load compared with previous CAHB designs, to deliver a maximum thrust of 10,000N and a holding force of up to 20,000N, ensuring maximum operational safety.

SKF and GE Oil & Gas enter into agreement

GE Oil & Gas, whose US headquarters are located in Texas, have signed a non-exclusive, licence-based collaboration agreement with SKF, a worldwide distributor of seals, bearings and linear motion products.

SKF establishing Global Technical Center in the US

SKF announced plans to build a new 12,100m2 facility in the greater Chicago area. The Global Technical Center Americas (GTCA) reinforces SKF’s strategy to have these Centers near its important customers to focus on market specific product innovations, leveraging all of SKF’s five platforms – bearings, seals, mechatronics, lubrication systems and services.

SKF signs engineering solutions deal with Argos

Argos, one of the largest cement producers in Latin America, has chosen SKF to provide a broad range of engineering products and services for its operations in Colombia over the next three years. “SKF has an extensive partnership to support Argos in maximising the utilisation and reliability of its assets, thereby achieving its business objectives”, said Vartan Vartanian, president, SKF Industrial Market, Regional Sales and Service.
