Flowrox, a heavy-duty industrial valve manufacturer with operations in the US, has been awarded a significant project for the Husab Uranium Mine—the second largest uranium mine in the world—in the South African nation of Namibia.

Flowrox, an industrial valve and pump manufacturer, will be showcasing its complete line of products for process flow operations at the 100th edition of the Chem Show—the largest chemical industry event in North America.

Flowrox, manufacturers of industrial valves and pumps, with an office located in Maryland, USA, has recently won a valve delivery project to one of the biggest uranium mines in the world, HUSAB Uranium mine in Namibia.

Flowrox PVG valve for heavy-duty processes is now available with a pneumatic actuator. The automatic PVG is a robust pinch valve for shut-off applications that can easily be connected to the pneumatic system of the plant.

Flowrox launched its Flowrox Scaling Watch this June 2014 during the Flowrox Sales Conference. Flowrox Scaling Watch is an accurate solution for online, pipe scaling or fouling measurement.

Flowrox introduced a new, pioneering valve solution, the PVG valve. This robust pinch valve comes standard with a strong metal body, a simple bullet closing mechanism and opening tags in the inside sleeve.  The PVG is a continuation of the elastomeric PVEG valve that was designed some years ago as a lightweight but durable valve solution.

Larox Flowsys has changed its name to Flowrox. The new name has been taken into use and the new visual outlook will replace the existing gradually by January 1st, 2012. The company’s location, phone numbers and the VAT number remain the same.
