New acquisition for Dixon Valve and Coupling

Arctic Steel, a supplier of stainless steel water strainers, has been acquired by Dixon Valve and Coupling Company (DVCC), a family-owned private business headquartered in Maryland, US.

DVCC has been operating for over 100 years and is a leading manufacturer of flow control products servicing customers across a range of industry segments including energy, mining, purity, steel, fire protection and marine. Arctic Steel manufactures and supplies a range of high quality cast 2205 stainless steel sea water strainers for commercial boats, military vessels, super-yachts, sailing yachts and smaller pleasure craft.
