Micromazza Top Entry ball valves

Brazilian company Micromazza now offers Top Entry ball valves. The internal components are mounted through the top of the valve, aiming to provide simplified and fast maintenance as it is not necessary to remove the valve from the line for repairs. The valve body is made of a single piece, usually in casting steel, with the ability to withstand the pressure of the fluid, the efforts of the pipe and to contain the internal components.

Some further characteristics of the Top Entry ball valves are:

ʉۢ Ends: Flanged or butt welding ends

ʉۢ Union body and top cover: bolted or (welded -fully sealed)
ʉۢ Sealant injection on stem and seat rings
ʉۢ System for low fugitive emission according to ISO 15848
ʉۢ Fire test type qualification according to ISO 10497
ʉۢ Acted by: Handle (lever type), gearbox and actuators.
