HiP releases line of extreme temperature valves

High Pressure Equipment Company (HiP), which is based in Pennsylvania and is a premium supplier of high pressure valves, fittings and tubings, has developed a line of standard and custom valves and fittings specifically designed for cryogenic and extreme heat environments. HiP’s products are used across industrial gas, oil and gas exploration and chemical applications.

For use in these testing conditions, HiP has incorporated an extended stuffing box design with fins around the packing area, providing necessary distance and dissipating the temperatures from hot and cold zones for safe and reliable operation.

The valves are available in both manual and air operated configurations for pressures ranging from 10,000-30,000 pounds per square inch (psi). They feature coned and threaded connections to provide extra dependability and are manufactured in either Monel or Hastelloy.
