EMAS AMC wins subsea contract

BP Exploration & Production has granted a contract to EMAS AMC (EMAS) to perform subsea work in the Atlantis field in the Gulf of Mexico. EMAS will supply jumper and associated hardware and install and replace subsea equipment including manifolds and pipeline end manifolds. The project is taking place in 6800 ft of water, and is to be done in the first half of 2012. Emas will also assist BP with commissioning and start-up activities.
