2011 Emerson Users Exchange a success

The 2011 Emerson Global Users Exchange was hosted the week of October 24 in Nashville, Tennessee, U.S.A., with more than 2800 registered attendees at the event. During opening day ceremonies, Steve Sonnenberg, executive vice president of Emerson and president of Emerson Process Management, said that Emerson showed doubled-digit growth in all of its global regions during the last fiscal year, as compared to the year prior. He also said that he is optimistic about the industries Emerson serves, and cited Emerson’s recently opened 220,000 sq/ft manufacturing facility at its Fisher Valve unit, also known as the Emerson Innovation Center, in Marshaltown, Iowa, as an indication of growth.
