Diverter valve in aluminium or stainless housing

Schenck Process has introduced its new PST30 Diverter Valve, which features internally shimable positive stops, inflatable pneumatic seals at each port, position indication from the tunnel itself, and external tunnel position indication. Additional features include 145° port-to-port rotation, a 2-way switching capability for either dilute phase or dense phase conveying applications, aluminum or 316 stainless steel housing, end plates, plugs and inlet and outlet ports flanged to mate 150# ANSI or 10N-DIN flange patterns.

The housing, plug and endplates on the aluminum valve are hard anodized for wear resistance. A pneumatic actuator providing a 4 second actuation time between ports, a 4-way double and 3-way single solenoid air control valve with NEMA 4 enclosure, and 2 SPST proximity sensors are included. The new version of the PST30 Diverter Valve can also be designed without inflatable seals.
