Valve World Americas is excited to announce that the bi-annual Valve World Americas Expo & Conference will return to Houston, Texas on June 7th-8th, 2023 at George R. Brown Convention Center.

The Valve World Americas Team and Chairman, Trace Scrivner, Principal Engineer of Piping and Valves for ExxonMobil, are thrilled to note that this year the Expo & Conference will be centered on upstream, midstream, and downstream processes in the valve industry, with a focus on a wide range of valve-related topics.

The lineup of technical sessions will be guided by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who are keen to share new and innovative information. Conference Attendees will have the opportunity to share their expertise following the presentations and are invited to ask questions with the intention of encouraging discussion, bridging knowledge, and exchanging experiences.

Valve experts are invited to submit an abstract for a detailed PowerPoint presentation or hands-on demonstration that they would like to present during the conference. If you would like to speak during the conference, please submit a 300–500-word abstract outlining the topic and material to the Conference Coordinator. Here are a few guidelines to keep in mind:

  • 300-500 words
  • Should have a relevant main title. Please also share some related keywords or topics most relevant to your presentation.
  • The abstract should clearly outline the presentation topic and scope of discussion.
  • Abstracts are required to be technically based and non-commercial.
  • Please include your name, position title, company, and contact details (phone number and email address).

Please submit your abstract by Wednesday, January 25th, 2023.
