Celeros Flow Technology are embarking on an exciting new chapter in its journey. They have a new mission: to help its customers achieve their energy goals and reduce their carbon footprint in line with their ambitions. Their vision is to make sustainability the driving force behind its product development and lifecycle services.
New energy, nuclear and defence are all targeted areas of growth for Celeros FT, but it remains committed to supporting customers across the energy spectrum, as the world transitions to more sustainable energy resources.
In line with its new mission, they have invested in a nuclear testing facility in France that supports development of safety-critical pumps for the next generation of EPR2 nuclear reactors. Major modernization is also taking place at our ClydeUnion Pumps facility in Glasgow, including environmental and energy upgrades, to facilitate manufacture of pumps that support national energy security and sustainability policies. In addition, its Valves business has recently introduced the CFT-Green Valve Packing System, designed to dramatically reduce fugitive emissions, and its signature Bandlock™2 Closures are now hydrogen-ready.
Celeros Flow Technology has set a goal to make its own operations carbon neutral in the years ahead, and to achieve net zero emission by 2050 and are working with leading partners in this space to make our ambitions a reality.
