National Clean Fuels (NACF) signed a profit participation agreement with the Center for Environment, Commerce and Energy (CECE) to construct a biomass-to-electricity facility in Port Gibson, Mississippi.

Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. (MMP) has announced that Don Wellendorf will retire on Jan. 31, 2011.
