American Liberty adds new oil discovery lease

  American Liberty Petroleum Corp. exercised its option agreement to receive assignment of Nevada-based oil and gas leases, Gabbs Valley lease with a 75% working interest, Cortez lease with a 60% working interest and the Kibby Flat lease with a 75% working interest, on 27 June 2011.

Buccaneer to operate Cosmo offshore Alaska

Buccaneer Energy will acquire two main production leases in the former Cosmopolitan Unit (Cosmo) from Pioneer Natural Resources Alaska. Buccaneer plans to develop the ice-free, oil and gas field that is located in 50ft water depth in the southern part of the Cook Inlet of Alaska, near the shore at Anchor Point on the Kenai Peninsula.

Voyager closes on USD150 million credit facility

Voyager Oil & Gas, Inc. closed on a USD150 million credit facility with Macquarie Bank Ltd. To allow Voyager to accelerate development and production growth in the Williston Basin for Bakken and Three Forks well development, production growth and acquisition in the Williston Basin, the facility will be used to retire existing debt.
