Tallgrass Energy Partners LP entered into a purchase and sale agreement with Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP (KMP) to purchase Kinder Morgan Interstate Gas Transmission, Trailblazer Pipeline Company, the Casper-Douglas natural gas processing and West Frenchie Draw treating facilities in Wyoming and KMP's 50% interest in the Rockies Express Pipeline (REX).

The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) Joint Review Panel (JRP) has said that it will issue a Nuclear Power Reactor Site Preparation License to Ontario Power Generation Inc. (OPG) for its new Darlington nuclear site power plant project for a 10 year period.

The new PVA slim-line air-operated butterfly valves with integral cast hose connection ends from Chalwyn are ideal for fitting into the short hoses between the intercooler and manifold of modern trucks including Scania, MAN and Mercedes Benz. Dominion has said it intends to pursue the sale of three fossil fuel-fired merchant power stations, one in Massachusetts and two in Illinois.
