Penn West disposes non-core assets worth USD 355M
Penn West Petroleum signed an agreement to sell non-core assets located in south central Alberta for expected proceeds of approximately USD 355M to a private company. The assets are currently producing approximately 7,500 barrels of oil equivalent (boe) per day.

ATCO to develop cogeneration project in Mexico
ATCO and its partner Grupo Hermes have been selected by an affiliate of Mexico's state-owned petroleum company Pemex, PMX Cogeneracion, to begin the project development and approval process for a natural gas cogeneration plant at the Miguel Hidalgo refinery near the town of Tula in the state of Hidalgo, Mexico.
