Ferguson Enterprises recently announced the acquisition of substantially all the assets of Redlon & Johnson Supply, a division of The Gage Co. Ferguson will operate from the former R&J locations as Redlon & Johnson, a Ferguson enterprise.

LyondellBasell adding TEG capacity in TX

Moog supplies valves for MMS

Moog Inc. Space and Defense Group provided propulsion control to four NASA Magnetospheric Multiscale mission (MMS) satellites that have launched from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida. The spacecraft will study how magnetic fields around Earth connect and disconnect, explosively releasing energy via a process known as magnetic reconnection.

Tourmaline consolidates deep basin assets

Tourmaline Oil Corp. has entered into a transaction to acquire Perpetual Energy’s interests in the West Edson area of the Alberta Deep Basin. The interests include Perpetual’s land interests, production, reserves and facilities that are currently joint with Tourmaline.
