This alliance has been formed to develop technologies and deliver equipment and services to optimize the value chain of subsea well intervention systems.

Clark Solutions has launched the MTV-R/MTV-K Series Inert Isolation Valves specifically designed to avoid valve seal damage, which is often caused by aggressive media or particulates in the media stream.

Two new managing directors for Rotork

Rotork has announced the appointment of Ms. Pamela Bingham as the Managing Director of its Gears division and Mr. Dave Littlejohns as the Managing Director of its Fluid Systems division. Pamela Bingham joined Rotork in 2012 as Group Business Development Director and during her time at Rotork she has helped grow the business both organically and through acquisitions.

Emerson acquires Cascade Technologies

It has been announced that Emerson has acquired Cascade Technologies, a manufacturer of gas analyzers and monitoring systems using Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) technology based out of Stirling, Scotland.

Lined Valve’s new knife gate valve

The Washington-based Lined Valve Company (LVC) has launched its new knife gate valve that has been designed for harsh and abrasive applications such as the coal and mining markets. For a longer working life in extreme applications, high-chrome iron inserts are incorporated.

A new electronic position transmitter designed to simplify end position adjustments for actuators has been developed by AUMA. The EWG is compatible with its predecessor, the RWG, which ensures rapid replacements and retrofits.

Enbridge building pipeline in GOM

It has been announced that Enbridge Inc. will build, own and operate a crude oil pipeline in the Gulf of Mexico (GOM) to connect the planned Stampede development, operated by Hess Corporation, to an existing third-party pipeline system.
