Metso & Pentair frontrunners to acquire L&T valves
L&T may be close to selling off its valves business for around $500 million with Finnish firm Metso and US-listed Pentair emerging as frontrunners to acquire the unit, according to sources aware of the negotiations.
Pembina announces Horizon pipeline expansion
Pembina Pipeline Corporation announced that it will expand its existing Horizon Pipeline System for an estimated capital cost of approximately USD 125M. Horizon, a 513km pipeline, was originally commissioned in 2008 and built to connect Canadian Natural Resources' Horizon Oil Sands facility to refineries, export pipelines and other delivery locations in the Edmonton area.
