QIP Equipment Ltd. (QIP) of Montreal has been acquired by Wolseley Industrial Canada. QIP was established in Montreal, Quebec, and has been operational since 1976. It is a wholesale distributor of manual and actuated valves, fittings, control products, and instrumentation products.

SGS wins 4-year maintenance contract in Brazil

ArcelorMittal Tubarão has awarded a four-year contract for the maintenance of security and control valves to SGS. ArcelorMittal Tubarão has a production capacity of 7.5 million tons of steel per year.
