Parker Hannifin Corporation (Parker), a global leader in motion and control technologies based in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, has expanded its cryogenic valve capability by the acquisition of Bestobell Valves, as part of President Engineering Group Limited (PEGL).

Nibco’s Sure Seal acquisition expands valve offering

Nibco, Inc., a global valve manufacturer headquartered in Elkhart, Indiana, recently announced that it has acquired the assets of the Sure Seal product line from OPW Engineered Systems, Inc. Sure Seal specializes in the design and manufacture of industrial valves and components.

ASA University revamped industrial valves training

The Industrial Valves© course from American Supply Association (ASA) University has recently undergone a thorough revision to reflect the most current information in the industry. The newly-updated comprehensive course, formerly a three-course set, takes employees to the next level with their knowledge and ability to work with a wide range of industrial valves.

Oxford Flow’s innovative flow regulator valve

Oxford Flow has been spun out of Oxford University’s Department of Engineering Science, with the support of Isis Innovation, the University’s commercialization company. Its initial product, a valve that regulates the flow of gases and liquids in industrial processes, is 80% lighter than existing products and can handle over 10 times the volume with a high degree of precision and control.

Winters new needle valves

Winters recently released Multiport (NVA Series) and Block & Bleed (BBV Series) needle valves, featuring one-piece corrosion resistant 316 stainless steel or carbon steel bodies, rated up to either 6,000 psi or 10,000 psi.

Hillary Clinton recently unveiled a sweeping proposal to modernize North America's energy infrastructure and to forge a continent-wide climate pact.
