GE Oil & Gas, manufacturer of industrial valves and other solutions to the oil and gas industry, has announced the completion of a Contractual Service Agreement (CSA) with the Asian energy company PT Donggi Senoro LNG (DSLNG).

Metso concludes employee negotiations

Metso, a global manufacturer of industrial valves and systems, with operations in North and South America, has concluded employee negotiations at its Minerals business in Finland. As a result of the negotiations, the company will reduce a total of 44 positions, mostly in Tampere.

Fairmont Supply merges with O&G operations

Washington-based Fairmont Supply Co., a full-line industrial valve, pipe and fittings distributor, merged with Fairmont Supply Oil and Gas, LLC, effective Jan. 1. The merger further positions the company as a single source supplier, by providing maintenance, repair and operations products.

Mueller Industries signs joint venture agreement

Tennessee-based Mueller Industries, which manufactures valves, tubing and various other components for OEM operations, recently announced the signing of a joint venture agreement with Cayan Ventures and Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company to build a copper tube mill in Bahrain.
