Hillenbrand buys Red Valve for USD $132 M
Pending final approval this month, Hillenbrand Inc. recently agreed to the acquisition of Carnegie, Pennsylvania-based Red Valve Co. Inc., for USD $131.9 million.
Red Valve makes highly-engineered valves designed to operate in the harshest municipal and industrial wastewater environments.
