M&M International (M&M), a manufacturer of solenoid valves, has been acquired by Rotork Instruments, a manufacturer of products for flow control, pressure control, flow measurement and pressure measurement.

Wolseley acquires QIP Equipment

QIP Equipment Ltd. (QIP) of Montreal has been acquired by Wolseley Industrial Canada. QIP was established in Montreal, Quebec, and has been operational since 1976. It is a wholesale distributor of manual and actuated valves, fittings, control products, and instrumentation products.

Singer releases SCP-TP process controller

It has been announced that Singer Valve has launched the SCP-TP for quick and easy automation of water distribution systems. The SCP-TP Controller is designed to complement a dual solenoid control valve and can switch easily between settings for level control, upstream and downstream pressure management, flow control and position control.
