New and improved butterfly valves
Chemline elastomer seated butterfly valves have been improved. The new Type 57 replaces Type 56 up to 14 in and the Type 57 body, disc and seat have been redesigned to offer better flow characteristics and lower torques.
Zwick opens American facility
Zwick Armaturen GmBH is pleased to announce the formation of Zwick Valves N. A. LLC. The company has purchased a 35,000 square foot facility located in Deer Park, Texas, complete with a 10 ton overhead crane, and two 1 ton jib cranes to aid in mounting gear operators and actuators. With an inventory of $6 million in Zwick valves in sizes from 2" to 30", ranging from 150 to 500 pounds, the new facility has the quantity of stainless, NACE trim and butt-weld valves needed to reliably deliver product throughout the Americas.

ATEX rated explosion-proof linear actuators
