VanAire achieves ISO 9001:2015 registration

VanAire has achieved ISO 9001:2105 registration following a special “Upgrade Audit” reviewing the company’s entire Quality Management System.  VanAire has been ISO registered since 2012 and was previously certified to the ISO 9001:2008 Standard. VanAire completed the upgrade audit with no major or minor non-conformances.  Nearly every member of the VanAire team was involved in reviewing the quality system to ensure that it met or exceeded the requirements of the new standard.
“Upgrading to the ISO 9001:2015 Standard has reinvigorated our entire Quality Management System” states VanAire President and CEO William VanDeVusse. “We have benefitted greatly from becoming ISO registered, and the results reflect how effective the implementation has been.”
A customer survey conducted in June of this year showed VanAire’s customer satisfaction rate at 97.5 percent.  On time delivery for the same period was also over 97 percent. While the new standard has been released for nearly a year, to date only 10 percent of registered companies have achieved certification.  There are two years remaining for the other organizations to comply with the new standard.
