W&O acquires EMI

W&O of Jacksonville, Florida, a supplier to the marine and upstream oil and gas markets of pipe, valves and fittings, valve automation and engineered solutions, has acquired Engine Monitor Inc. (EMI). Based in St. Rose, Louisiana, EMI provides sales support and engineering and manufacturing capabilities, as a marine integrator of critical vessel monitoring and control systems. In addition to other services, EMI offers valve automation for offshore service boats, towboats and more.

By combining resources, W&O and EMI will accelerate the growth and market share of both companies. EMI will continue to operate out of St. Rose and maintain its trade name.
