Witt unveils BPR2 pressure retention valve

Gas systems manufacturer Witt, whose US headquarters is located in Georgia, has extended its range of pressure control equipment by unveiling its new dome-loaded back-pressure regulator.

The BPR2 pressure retention valve has been designed to keep the pressure of gases constant in processes, system components or tanks, and also to provide effective prevention against hazardous overpressure. The device regulates a higher inlet pressure by only opening as much as necessary to achieve the required pressure at the inlet via its dome diaphragm.

The BPR2 is suitable for almost all technical gases, including oxygen, in the range of 0.5 bar to 20 bar, and covers a temperature range from -30°C to 50°C.
