Valve World Americas: Second day morning workshops

The second morning of Valve World Americas Conference & Exhibition on July 16th will host a series of three hot-topic workshops that will be held concurrently from 10:30am to noon. The hardest part of attending the conference will be choosing which workshop to go to on the second morning!
Each informative workshop will focus on a different topic relevant to the valve industry and will have a moderator as well as a panel made up of the who’s who of manufacturers, end-users and EPCs.
The three workshops and their moderators and panels are as follows:

Variables in the Design of a Valve:
Moderator – Carlos Davila, Crane; Panel – Paul Heald, Bonney Forge; Gaurang Shah, Williams; Ross Waters, CG Industrial Specialties Ltd.; Kyle Daniels, Clarke Industrial Engineering and a representative from Xomox.

Valve Testing for Emissions:
Moderator – Bill Patrick, DOW Chemicals; Panel – Dan DeVine, The Dow Chemical Company; Rodney Roth, AW Chesterton; Greg Johnson, United Valve; Matt Wasielewski, Yarmouth Research and Technology, LLC; and a representative from SAGE Environmental Consulting L.P.

Casting Specifications and Quality for Different Services:
Moderator – Steve Butler, Shell; Panel – Bob Smith, MRC; representatives from both Crane and United Vale, who will be named in the upcoming weeks.
