United Flow Technologies (UFT) has acquired CS3 Water Works and Principle Environmental. The move strengthens its presence across the Southeast while expanding its valve and process equipment capabilities in key growth markets.
The company is a manufacturer of process and equipment solutions for municipal and industrial water and wastewater segments. The acquisitions also reinforce its strategy to deepen regional expertise while broadening its portfolio to better serve its customers.
CS3 Water Works is a Florida-based provider of valves and related waterworks solutions, serving municipalities and utilities across the state. Principle Environmental delivers process equipment applications across Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle.
