Ferguson Waterworks has acquired Underground Pipe & Valve Inc., which is headquartered in South Bend, Indiana and specializes in water and sewer products, including gate valves, ductile iron and flanged pipe, fire hydrants, copper tubing and brass fittings, repair clamps, line stops and live taps.
“While we have been successful as an independent distributor for some time, we are excited about the chance to become part of the Ferguson family,” said Underground Pipe & Valve owner Don Nuner. “We feel that Ferguson brings added value to our customers and good, long-term opportunities for our employees.”
