In the morning conference “Las mañaneras del pueblo” (The people's morning sessions) led by Mexican President Dr. Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, and joined by Luz Elena González Escobar, MSc, Secretary of Energy, the CEO of Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), Dr. Víctor Rodríguez Padilla outlined the Work Plan for 2025-2030 that will make it possible to bolster the country's energy independence for the benefit of the people.
