Forum Energy Technologies (Forum) - Valve Solutions President, Steve Twellman, is stepping down from his current position but will remain with Forum in a global business development role. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Forum is an international oilfield products company, serving the subsea, drilling, completion, production and infrastructure sectors of the oil and natural gas industry.

MRC Global Inc. has announced today that Robert "Bob" L. Wood has joined MRC Global's Board of Directors (BOD). Mr. Wood brings 30 years of global chemical industry experience and insight as well as more than 25 years of public company board experience to MRC Global.

The specialist in corrosion-resistant thermoplastic fluid-handling products such as valves and actuators, Asahi/America, has welcomed a new member to its existing sales team. Mr. Joe Pye has been with the company four years as part of its engineering staff, but has now been promoted to its sales team.

Precision, a leading global manufacturer of aerosol valves, custom actuators and other dispensing solutions across a variety of end markets, has announced that Timothy Carlson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, which will take effect immediately.

Kennedy Valve has appointed Greg Clarke as the new plant manager. Prior to joining Kennedy, Clarke was the plant manager at Hitchiner Manufacturing’s Littleton New Hampshire facility. He has manufacturing operations and lean systems implementation experience in both metal and finishing operations.

It was announced last week that two new appointments have been made to Metso’s Executive team. The first is that Perttu Louhiluoto has been appointed President, Services and the second is that John Quinlivan has been appointed President, Flow Control.

Colfax Corporation has announced that Matthew L. Trerotola, formerly an Executive Vice President at DuPont, has been named Chief Executive Officer and a director of Colfax. This appointment will become effective on July 24, 2015.

Griffco Valve Inc. has named Mr. John Conway, as its new national sales manager for all North American Sales. Conway will be responsible for the sales and promotion of Griffco Valve’s chemical-feed accessories across the US and Canada.

Effective as of its June 2, 2015 meeting, Sun Hydraulics’ Board of Directors has appointed Mr. David W. Grzelak as the new director.

Mr. Andrew Farnsworth has been selected as CIRCOR’s new Chief Human Resources Officer. He will be taking over from Ms. Joyce Jardin who announced her retirement earlier this year. “Andrew brings with him a wealth of experience within human resources.
