Rotork GO gas-over-oil actuators have been supplied for vital failsafe valve control duties on a new cryogenic LNG pipeline in Venezuela. The San Joaquin Pipeline, owned by Venezuela state oil company PDVSA, transports LNG for the international market between the San Joaquin and Jose cryogenic plants.

Delfin LNG LLC has signed a Joint Development Agreement with Höegh LNG Ltd in relation to its US-based Delfin Liquefied Natural Gas Deepwater Port Project. Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. and Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. announced Friday that they have formed Saddlehorn Pipeline Company, a 50/50 limited liability company, to construct, own and operate the Saddlehorn pipeline, an approximately 550-mile pipeline that will transport various grades of crude oil from the DJ Basin, and potentially the broader Rocky Mountain area resource plays, to storage facilities in Cushing, OK owned by Magellan and Plains.

American LNG has received local permission to move ahead with a $250 million USD LNG plant in Titusville, Florida, which is near Cape Canaveral. The building company still has to procure the various construction and environmental permits that are required for such a project, associated officials are confident that the plant could be up and running in as soon as 18 months.
