Marshall Excelsior Company, a Harbour Group company, has acquired Xanor de Mexico ("Xanik"), Jeff Fox, Harbour Group's chairman and chief executive officer, announced. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Michigan-based Marshall Excelsior Co. (MEC), a designer and manufacturer of flow control products used in the transportation and storage of liquified petroleum gas and anhydrous ammonia, has been acquired by Harbour Group.
