With the addition of a new valve, flow solutions provider GF Piping Systems (Schaffhausen) announces that it has completed its portfolio of the lightweight and corrosion-free Butterfly Valve 565.

After the old warehouse with 1.000m² of floor space had been operated for more than 40 years, the company made the decision to scale up its presence in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Joining GF Piping Systems, Rachel Bros De Puechredon will be responsible for developing and executing the global business strategy for hydrogen.

Model 565 consists of high-performance plastic components, including a PVDF disc with fiber-reinforced polyamide housing and EPDM or FKM seals. The butterfly valve is suitable for pressures up to 232 psi (16 bar) and temperatures ranging from 14 to 176°F (-10 to 80°C).

HYPRO™  is the first innovative PP-R product line for the conduction and containment of industrial effluents designed and developed in partnership between GF Piping Systems’ teams in Switzerland, Brazil, and the USA to meet the Brazilian market requirements. The local production at GF FGS in Brazil also ensures CO2 emissions are kept low versus importation.

GF Piping System’s new e-Diastar electric diaphragm valve with a dEA smart actuator is twice as fast at cycling than other solutions.
