NOW Inc. has announced today that it has entered into an agreement to purchase the business of Challenger Industries, Inc. Challenger Industries, Inc. is a leading pipe, valves and fittings supplier for the downstream, midstream and upstream energy markets.
Romar’s fittings meet ANSI & ISO standards

Wolseley sells EPG business to Emco
Wolseley Industrial Canada recently announced the sale of its Engineered Pipe Group (EPG) to Emco Corp.
With the purchase, Emco acquires Wolseley Industrial’s high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, fittings and flanges, and fabricated vessels business.
