Rotork, a global actuation company, received 150 orders for its intelligent electric actuators on Rotork’s Pakscan control network for the Quimica Puente Mayorga chemical processing plant in Cádiz, Spain.The plant is owned by CEPSA, a Spanish multi-national oil and gas company with operations throughout Europe.

Germany-based Lanxess, a specialty chemicals company, is investing in two new plants in Porto Feliz where it will produce plastics and rubber additives. These two plants will be built on company’s current site and will be part of what it plans to be a specialty chemicals hub.
