LNG ferry uses cryogenic valves
Canada has launched its first LNG-fuelled ferry called the MV Armand-Imbeau II. The ferry is the first of two dual fuel ferries built for Société des Traversiers du Québec.
The ferry includes the LNGPac fuel storage system, which operates on dual fuel, making the vessel one of the most environmentally friendly ferries in operation.

Wolseley golf tournament raises $51,000 for Special Oly
On June 3, 2015, Wolseley Canada held its 10th annual Wolseley Classic golf tournament in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and raised $51,000 CAD in support of Special Olympics (SO). Proceeds from the tournament, which was held at Bel Acres Golf and Country Club, will be donated to SO Manitoba and SO Canada.
Lockout ended at Velan’s Montreal factories
The 400 employees from three Montreal factories belonging to the industrial valve maker, Velan, are no longer locked out and are now back at work.
