Costa Mesa, California based Cla-Val has opened the doors of a new valve research and development lab.  The manufacturer of automatic control valves has dedicated the lab to developing new products to more efficiently operate of waterworks distribution systems, fire protection capabilities in offshore, marine and commercial applications and to improve the function and safety of aviation ground fueling operations.
