Denbury to sell non-core assets for USD155 million
Denbury Resources Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to sell non-core assets located in central and southern Mississippi and southern Louisiana to privately held Petro Harvester Oil and Gas. The USD155 million sale is expected to close in late February, subject to customary closing conditions.
