Strahman Group has acquired GEMCO Valve in a move to further strengthen its service and innovative products for a number of industries.
GEMCO Valve will maintain operations at its Middlesex, New Jersey, facility until early 2026 when operations will transition to the Strahman Group’s ISO-9001 certified, 40,000 square-foot facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
This acquisition will streamline Strahman’s operations, as well as expand its service and manufacturing capabilities with customized solutions for powders, dry bulk materials, and slurries. It allows the company to also enhance its current offerings such as washdown equipment, sample and drain process valves, and BI-TORQ valve automation systems.
