Sproule, a global energy consulting firm that helps E&P companies, financial institutions and governments minimize risk and optimize business decisions, has announced the addition of a new Senior Energy Executive, Nelson Narciso Filho, to lead its business development efforts in Brazil.
Narciso has 35 years of global oil and gas experience. He has worked for start-up operations in Brazil, Angola and Namibia, having held positions at Brazilian exploration and production company HRT Africa, and also worked for oilfield service providers Halliburton, ABB, Vetco Gray and Hughes WKM.
