Setpoint opening new tech. center

Setpoint Integrated Solutions, an automation solutions provider, will open an interactive, industrial process showroom on April 16, 2015 at its headquarters located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Setpoint’s new Integrated Technology Center (ITC) opening will coincide with the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for Setpoint’s new 113,000 square foot US operations headquarters. The ITC will consist of a batch and continuous process equipped with a variety of products that Setpoint sells, integrates and services.
“This $400,000 investment is more than a showroom. It is an enabler for our customers to experiment and validate various solutions to ensure they select and get the most efficient products that meet their needs,” said Sandro Esposito, vice president of Process Automation & Marketing.
Additionally, the new ITC will provide Setpoint’s customers and future engineers a first-class training environment to learn industrial automation including fieldbus, asset management, transmitters, control valves, safety relief valves, control systems, HMIs, PLC operations and programming, process simulation, wireless integration, filtration systems and more.
