Score Group Ltd. has acquired Callidus, a provider of high-end flow controls, valve management and welding solutions in the global mineral processing and LNG markets.
The announcement marks the company’s third acquisition this year after acquiring BLJ In-Situ Solutions of Capalaba, Queensland, Australia and Drake Controls LLC of Houston, Texas.
The acquisition will allow the company to accelerate its regional expansion across APAC and enhance delivery capability in Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Madagascar, and New Caledonia. It will also reinforce Score Group’s commitment to driving long-term impact across global industries.
Callidus will operate as part of Score and integration plans are already in motion to ensure a seamless transition.
