Schroeder Valves expanded their portfolio by a serial version of their automatic recirculation valve: the range, named SmartLine, is available in five bypass flow-rate steps (five Cv-value stages) for each frame size. All of them are low pressure valves. Fittings for higher pressures or pressure ratings as well as individually adapted flow rates are covered by other protective pump fittings offered by Schroeder Valves.
The range is initially being offered in nominal sizes from 2” to 6” with class 150 and class 300 pressure ratings (in cast stainless steel). Schroeder Valves plan to later complete the series with additional nominal sizes, pressure ratings and materials. The SmartLine is suitable for various media and for admissible average temperatures between -50°C and 200°C.
