Saint-Gobain Seals’ OmniSeal line

Saint-Gobain will be featuring its OmniSeal line of products at the upcoming Valve World Americas Expo at booth 1052.
The OmniSeal spring-energized seal product line, which can be used in a wide range of applications from cryogenic to high temperature and high pressure environments, are a result of the company working closely with their customers through integrated co-design to develop systems that fulfill the increasing performance requirements for engineered valves.
During the design process, their engineers utilize finite element analysis (FEA) including advanced material models for PTFT and polymers to further optimize their seal designs. Their R&D department has invested in test-rigs to pre-validate its design concepts under the most demanding standards including Fugitive Emission ISO 15848-1 and API6A PR2 at 30kpsi/392°F and cryogenic platform in full accordance with international standards.
Saint-Gobain Seals supports their customers with difficult challenges in areas that include ultra-deepwater production, high pressure and high temperature, harsh chemicals, rapid gas decompression resistance, long durability at extreme temperature and sour gas concentrations, proprietary Fluoroloy fluoropolymer compounds qualified to NORSOK M-710 and API6A F.1.13 specifications, metal energizers NACE MR01-075 approved alloys for use in sour gas service, cryogenic temperatures and designs compliant with low fugitive emission international standards ISO 15848 and Shell MESC SPE 77-312.
