Russel Metals Inc. has completed the announced acquisition of City Pipe & Supply.
City Pipe & Supply is a leader in the supply of valves, pipes and fittings to oil and gas companies in the Permian Basin, as well as in the Eagle Ford, Granite Wash, Barnett basins and Haynesville, which together account for approximately 60% of active drilling rigs in the United States. City Pipe & Supply operates five distribution centers.
