Rotork CEO Peter France resigns

Rotork PLC, a global actuator manufacturer and flow control company with multiple US locations, has announced that Chief Executive Peter France has resigned with immediate effect. Chairman Martin Lamb will assume the role of full time executive chairman until a successor can be appointed.

France and the board have stated that it was mutually agreed that the time is right for a new chief executive and added that the company’s financial results for the half year, and current projections for the full year, are in line with management expectations.
