Rotolok strives to meet industry and customer requirements. Over the past few years, there has been an ever-increasing demand for large Rotary Valves and to accommodate this, the company has expanded their standard cast equipment range to include their 30″ and 36″ Rotary Valves.
Rotolok offers an Easy Release rotary airlock design to allow just one person to maintain and easily clean the rotor. An inspection door can also be fitted in the valve body that provides access and surveying of the valve internals to check for wear.
Robust bodies and end covers can be manufactured from cast iron to stainless steel with open or closed rotors built to suit industry needs. Typical sizes range from 3.5″ to 20″ with other sizes made to order.
